Thank you so much for a worry free vacation. Our Yorkie-Abbey and our Silky-Riley have not been to a boarding facility in over 6 years. They had a great time and watching them on the webcam was terrific. They were happy when we left and happy when we returned. Even my little aggressive monsters loved playtime and were good. What I loved was that they got to have their toys and blankets, which most places don't allow. Number 1 facility in my book. I think we will even start taking them there for daycare just to play. You can't go wrong in such a loving atmosphere. Thanks again.

Our pets Murphy and Mcgyver - 2 senior west highland terriers utilize the Paw Print Inn for several extended stays, weekends, and grooming services.  We are pretty much long term full service customers.

We favor this discretionary service because of the personal attention these members of our family receive. Mcgyver is an insulin dependent diabetic with vision concerns to say he is labor intensive is an understatement He requires daily special attention and service.  We are confident and appreciative of the services the staff of the Paw Print Inn delivers for our pets.  Another testimonial is in the fact this dog was unable to be groomed without sedation prior to using their services.

Zoomer is my 17 yr. old “baby” and a huge part of my life.  We brought him home when he was exactly 8 wks. old and although he doesn’t “zoom” much anymore, he still is a very important piece of our lives.  He used to go everywhere with us, but at his age he can no longer handle getting in and out of the car and stairs are impossible.  I was worried about leaving my “baby” with strangers, but the Paw Print Inn turned out to be the greatest.  Even when we had to leave him for a full week and he wasn’t feeling very well when we dropped him off, they took great care of him and he came home with his tail up and a spring in his step (sort of!).  I had a little separation anxiety when I first dropped him at Paw Print Inn, but not anymore.  The personnel took good care of him, were responsive when I called to see how he was doing, and now when he goes to Paw Print Inn I think of Zoomer as going on a vacation at his spa.  Thank you for taking such good care of the Zoom-man.  With any luck he’ll be coming back for quite a while.  Roxanne Fontana

I just wanted to let everyone know how much I enjoyed my stay over the holiday season and to thank you all so much for taking such good care of me!!! My Mom and Dad were quite happy that I was in such a great environment and they felt even better that they could watch me on your webcam (which mom did constantly)!!  I enjoyed the play time with my buddies, my private suite and cozy bed.  I wanted to say a special thank you for the extra time that was spent with me at my bed time, it made being away from home a little easier!!!  I especially wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude for taking care of my “special needs”.  As a doggie who has epilepsy, Mom and Dad (and me) were very, very pleased that my medication was properly administered!  I always have so much fun at the Inn, whether I’m there for daycare or spending the night!!! Unfortunately, we have moved out of state so Kismet will not be able to go back to the Paw Print Inn. I just want to let you know how happy we were with the PPI while we lived in Novi. Your facility was always clean, friendly, affordable and Kismet always wagged his tail when he heard we were going to PPI. I had a peace of mind when leaving our little puppy in your hands. I knew he was happy and well cared for while we were gone. Since our move I have not found a place comparable to the PPI. I wish your facility all the best and will continue to refer the PPI to people I stay in touch with in the Novi area.....The Blumberg Family

I just want you to know that I really do think you' all are the best. Barney came home and was a little quiet, but all in all he perked right up after his stay at the Paw Print Inn. I loved the fact that I could check on him via the Web cam anytime and I wanted and yes we knew he was okay when we saw him playing with the other "guest" and eating and drinking.

Just to let you know...I've raved about your resort to all my condo neighbors!

Lucy has been going to Paw Print Inn since they opened.  She loves it there – she can’t wait to get back to play with the dogs and she always returns home relaxed.  She has stayed at other boarding places and she always seemed stressed when she returned.  But she is always fine after a long stay (7 nights) or short stay at the Inn.  Lucy also enjoys her day care dates occasionally and she is regularly groomed there.  This is where we go for all Lucy’s needs.  It’s a great place!   - The Steven’s Family

Buddy always enjoys his time at daycare. We think daycare is a wonderful service. When we're really busy or the weather is too horrible for a long walk, daycare is a great option for Buddy.

 Some very simple reasons I like the Paw Print Inn is the professionalism of filling out the forms, the inventorying of the things we bring in, the fact that you allow me to pack up and label their food, and the overall cleanliness.  I like the fact that the dogs are in playtime frequently so I feel that they are having some socializing and some exercise. I like the fact that the faces of staff we see are the same each time and they seem to like my dogs!  But, the main reasons that Paw Print Inn is our dog hotel of choice are, as follows: 

1.  I had been searching for a place since September 2007 where I could board Chloe and Emma.  There are lots of places around, but Emma is a very timid, nervous chocolate Labrador who just can't seem to warm up to anyone other than family or anywhere other than home.  So, when she did well with the group at Paw Print Inn, we stopped searching!  When I bring her in to your lobby now and see her act happy, I know we have found the right place for her. 
2.  I was very pleased how the medical situation with Chloe was handled when we were in Europe last May.  You and your staff noticed her changed behavior and got her to the vet without delay.  We were so appreciative of that!
So those are the reasons we consider Paw Print Inn the only boarding locations for our dogs.  Thank you for all you do for them!  - Karen Bean
